Clear light golden colour with energetic small bubbles. Generous nose showing ripe stone fruit, citrus, brioche and some buttery notes. The palate has a nice bite and extract, more restrained than the nose in a positive sense, mouth-watering and salivating with a finely creamy texture, elegant fruit, a hint of nuttiness and a long bright finish. Vinous and structured.
