Israel,
Galilée,
Medium towards deep golden colour. Quite forward and expressive on the nose, feels quite warm and ripe in all senses. More emphasis on the fruit than the oak, I think there might be a slight hint of oak involved there. Light touch of vanilla, it gives me a quite creamy, creamy feeling of ripe yellow fruit, vanilla, a hint of butter. Quite lush texture here, really structured white wine. I think I feel the oak influence more on the palate. A slight phenolic presence here, with that vanilla infused yellow fruit, citrusy notes. Quite lush and broad in the beginning, broad mid-palate. Round and creamy with a lot of vanilla on the finish. So quite ripe and warm style with a moderately long finish.
