Bright light golden colour. Intense and complex nose with fine layers, ripe almost tropical fruit like apricot, pineapple with patisserie hints of butter, brioche, almond and plenty of spices. Ample and voluminous palate with plenty of stuffing, fine extract adds freshness, a sort of creamy texture, yet pure with a balanced acidity, layers of unctuous and spicy fruit with fine depth and a very long warm finish.
