Pale, medium deep straw colour. Youthful nose. Starts out with some quite green aromas of fresh lime, lemongrass, green apple and pear. Good purity, good nuance, with a slight stoniness. On the palate, it appears much more cool and restrained in the line of 2014. So a quite light-weight but good extract. Some zesty notes there. Some lemon and lime zest. Beautiful and restrained fruit, crushed apple. Light body but still a fair amount of length and aftertaste. Restrained like 2014, I would say, with but potential for further development.
