Austria,
Niederosterreich,
Youthful colour here, pale with a slight green hue. Rather youthful bubbles as well. Intense mousse. Fresh nose. Quite aromatic, with young, barely ripe stone fruit. Some floral notes as well. There is a slight hint of some yeasty, bready notes. Quite dry on the palate. Not a lot of dosage. Quite generous fruitiness here. It still appears youthful, but with a good crispness. Medium-intense mousse on the palate. With citrus laden stone fruit, ripe pear. There is a good degree of freshness and acidity. A quite long finish. Rather pleasant today. Should keep and develop for a few years, but taste pretty well already.
