Medium intense straw colour, slight pink tinge. This sits somewhere between a sparkling and a still. So there is still a good presence of CO2 there. Quite ripe on the nose with soft fruit. Notes of yellow plum, apple, quince and melon. Palate is quite light in structure. It has that youthful grip, very fresh acidity. Also a presence of CO2 on the palate as well. A lot of limey, lemon zest and grapefruit. Some slight herbal spiciness and a medium long finish. Youthful style which is probably best drunk young for its vibrant freshness and zest.
