Inky dark purple colour. Very floral nose with violet, ripe red fruit, mild spices and some aromatic herbs. Nice palate, polished and silky with grainy tannin, floral red fruit, a fresh acidity, soft oak and a long, digest finish. Elegant and savoury, rather Burgundian style.
