Completely transparent, fairly high viscosity though, indicating high alcohol. A classic white spirit in a pure style, with a scent of picklings. It has a slightly spicy character. I don’t know whether or not if this has been flavoured, but I pick up on some of the classic notes like caraway and definitely lemon, lemon zest, adding a nice freshness to it. Quite pure, taste, with spicy undertones. Some of that lemon zest, and a little bit of liquorice on the finish. Quite hot and rounded on the finish. With a fairly long aftertaste.
