Villa Crespia – Novalia Brut – NV

Bright straw colour with a light golden hue and creamy mousse. Youthful and pure fruit with citrus, lemongrass, fresh pear and some butter/pastry notes. Well-balanced and crisp palate with a creamy mid palate, layers of fresh fruit with an approaching complexity, fresh butter notes and good length on the finish.
