Bright light golden core and hue. Pure and fragrant with some evolution - fine oak, crushed hazelnut, croissant, ripe citrus and yellow fruit notes. The palate is ample and rounded, yet with a fine backbone of freshness, digest and savoury with nutty and spicy flavours leading on to a long finish.
