Stift Klosterneuburg – St Laurent Reserve – 2014

Dark ruby colour with a purple hue. Spicy nose of liquorice and pepper with plum and dark berry notes. Medium bodied, a bit on the tannic side with peppery notes, clove and youthful fresh fruit, and a medium to long finish. Still a bit tight needing time.
