Inky dark purple core and hue. Pure and ripe nose displaying blackberry, cherry, cassis, dry spices, pepper and mild oak. Concentrated and rich palate with layers of fresh dark fruit, crushed blackberry, smoked meat, black pepper and fine oak derived spiciness. Very high concentration and richness yet with a fine backbone of acidity and really long muscular finish.
