San Silvestro – Alta Langa – 2011

Bright light golden colour with a gentle mousse. Some development on the nose, plum, pear and windfall with some milky/creamy notes. Light palate with a crisp acidity, mild mousse, some skin bitterness, lemon zest and medium-long finish.
