Light golden colour with a youthful mousseux. Buttery and nutty nose with brioche and ripe yellow fruit. Rather ample palate, a slight hint of oak it seems, some roasted and nutty notes with crushed pear and peach, ripe citrus, fine spices and a long creamy finish. Unctuous and bold but with a nice freshness underneath.
