Bright colour with a light golden hue. Perfumed showing fresh peach, stone fruit, orange zest and pepper. A nicely grippy palate with a fine bitterness adding texture and length, crisp yellow fruit flavours, crushed peach, grape zest and some dry spices like clove and pepper, ripe but balanced alcohol flavours with a long and lingering finish.
