Greece,
Peloponnese,
Very youthful appearance here, light green hue. Medium deep straw colour, slight hint of CO2. Fine nose here, quite layered. It is combining, we have very youthful fruit, like citrusy notes, like citrus and lime. There is a notion of fresh grapes as well. There is also some slightly riper fruit like stone fruit, apricot, peach. Good bite on the palate here. Medium weight, I would say. There is fine extract here, so a very balanced bitterness with zesty notes. Layers of both white fleshed fruit and slightly riper yellow fruit. Quite persistent as well. It keeps lingering. It is certainly unoaked, oak is not really present. Good purity of fruit, fine flavour intensity. Good persistence. A fine balance and really enjoyable. I think this has a potential for a few years of ageing but it is quite delicious today.
