Bright dark purple colour. The nose is youthful but layered with a mix of fine wood, tobacco, red and dark berries, cassis, plum and fine spices. The palate is still youthful and muscular but balanced proportion with ripe tannin, a fresh acidity, digest fruit, modest oak and a long powerful finish. A wine that has a lot more to give but already drinks well.
