Mercouri Estate – Domaine Mercouri – 2012

Medium deep ruby red. The nose offers some leathery and gamey notes, pepper and dry spices. Good grip on the palate, rather full with a tannic core, plum and red berries with some meaty and gamey notes, spicy and peppery with a long finish, a bit young and rustic but with good structure.
