Rather dark ruby red colour. Spicy nose with aniseed, liquorice, leather and darker fruit with vanilla and wood. The palate is youthful and dense, still with a tannic presence and high extraction, some roasted notes, red and dark fruit with spicy finish, quite long but still youthful and tight, requires some more cellaring.
