Dark colour with a purple core. Spicy nose showing pepper, jammed cherry, plum, and darker fruit notes. Good grip on the palate, ripe and unctuous fruit yet a good sense of freshness with rounded tannin and a dry spiciness giving lift to the sweet fruit, long and lingering finish.
