Medium deep golden colour with a mellow mousse. Intense and mature nose, nutty and sherry-like with dried fruit, confit de citron, hazelnut, nougat and fine patisserie. Good grip on the palate, still with a lively mousse, mature and nutty flavours with candied fruit, marzipan and autolytic butter/brioche and toasted notes, a vivid acidity adds lift to the mature nuttiness and the finish is long and layered.
