Austria,
Niederosterreich,
Developed colour here, quite rusty nuance. Light ruby towards tawny at the rim. Elegant nose here, displaying sweet red fruit, wild berries with raspberry, some floral hints, mild spiciness, quite tempting and inviting. There is no presence of oak and yeah really elegant, floral red fruit. The palate has a silky texture, Medium-bodied, light towards medium-bodied. With good flavour intensity here. It is sweet but ripe fruit. The tannins are very smooth and rounded. It is balanced by a fair amount of acidity that gives a lift to that slightly sweetish fruit character. Quite long finish, lingering with good layers, good spiciness. Fine and elegant wine with a good drinkability today but should doubtlessly have the potential to develop over the coming six to eight years.
