Light golden colour with a green hue. Pure nose with rather discreet fruit, rather nutty and stony with some herbal and fennel like notes. Very good grip and extract on the palate, intense and lingering flavours of young fruit, crushed apple, fennel and ripe citrus, brilliant acidity and long finish, nice structure, starts out quite neutral and tight but has good depth of flavour and length.
