Bright light pink with a copper hue and finely grained bubbles. Vinous with autolytic notes of fresh butter, brioche, roasted hazelnut, confit de citron, crushed raspberry, nougat and floral hints. The palate shows good grip and persistency with a mellow mousse, bright acidity and layered red berry flavours with sweet citrus and lemongrass notes, finely tuned with great persistency.
