Bright straw colour with a bright green hue. Ripe fruit on the nose with yellow apple, pear, citrus, crushed almond and some herbal spiciness like lemon grass. Medium weight on the palate, a rounded acidity with a fine citrus bitterness giving texture and lift, good grip and length.
