Medium to deep ruby red with a lighter rim. The nose combines ripe dark fruit with roasted wood, spices and tobacco. Rather modern, and unctuous palate with intense fruit, rounded tannin, well balanced with some spicy and roasted notes on the finish, good drinkability today.
