Medium deep straw colour with a pink hue and rather mellow bubbles. Ripe dark fruit on the nose, plum, red berries and some butterscotch with gingerbread spices. The palate is bone dry with a youthful acidity, some sense of extract/tannin, ripe and darker fruit flavours like sweet plum, mild creaminess and a rather long finish. Clearly Pinot towards Meunier style.
