Very youthful colour here. Bright pale straw colour, green hue. Still with a slight fizz of CO2. Pure nose. Still very youthful with barley ripe green apple. Some fresh herbal notes, gooseberry, lime. Fresh palate, on the lighter side, with zesty green apple and lime. There is still a slight hint of fizz there. With a medium high acidity. Still with a sense of freshness on the finish. Medium long aftertaste. Still a bit youthful and restrained. I think it offers a good degree of freshness.
