France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Medium deep ruby- red colour. It looks like it has gotten some development. Medium intense nose. There are some slightly roasted or burnt notes. With rather red fruit; red berries, like cherry, red currant. Some herbal notes as well, a slight hint of bouquet garni. Medium weight on the palate, still with quite protruding tannins. So the fruit is more on the red berry side, quite high acidity. Still with a slight tannic sensation, some herbal notes as well. Medium long finish. Quite attractive fruit. The tannic presence, it appears a bit angular right now. So, I would prefer to put it back in the cellar.
