Light straw colour with a green hue and gentle fizz. The nose is exotic and spicy with plenty of dried fruit, floral hints, mint and citrus. The palate is fresh and sweet with notes of lemongrass, fresh grapes and a gentle mature mousseux, complex and delightful with good purity and length.
