Bright light golden with a green hue. Aromatically it shows mild, and well concealed oak with fresh lemongrass, citrus zest, passion fruit and melon. The palate shows medium weight a slight roundness and buttery presence from oak ageing, yet with a fresh acidity balancing, long and vigorous finish with a salty touch.
