Medium deep ruby red colour. The nose shows ripe fruit, sweet plum, red berries, damp tobacco and a hint of oak. The palate is rather dense with generous fruit, rounded tannin, finely tuned oak and a hint of butterscotch with fine length and approaching complexity.
