Intense purple core with a lighter rim. The nose displays butterscotch, some oak, red and dark berries followed by a rather dense body with young but ripe tannin, a huff of dried herbs and tobacco paired with cherry and red currant and a long finish. Classic style deemed for long ageing should drink well 2 years from now.
