Château Monbrison – 2015

Medium deep ruby red colour. The nose offers some new oak vanilla and butterscotch with red currant, plum and darker berries. Dense palate, youthful but with good proportions, a bright acidity, high extract but starting to soften with juicy and freshly crushed berries, floral notes, modest oak and a long dense finish. Should open up nicely in the coming few years.
