Bright medium deep golden colour. Intense nose, honey, candied fruit, pineapple, apricot, saffron and almond paste with discreet oak. Broad palate, dense and viscous with layers of yellow fruit, pastry, nutty notes and a vivid spiciness. Long dense and lingering finish, mild acidity but still a good notion of freshness.
