Dense dark inky core. Pure and intense nose, ripe dark fruit, graphite, coffee bean, aromatic herbs and sage. The palate has medium weight, still a bit youthful and tight with young but ripe tannin, a fresh acidity, notes of floral dark fruit, notably red and black currants, rather long finish with an herbal spiciness. Good material, just still needing time to soften and rounden.
