France,
Alsace,
White wine with a certain intensity there, like light golden. Rich and expressive nose. Really open, there is, I suppose a hint of maturity there. Not very, very young, and really attractive fruit, like particularly stone fruit, like yellow plum, Mirabelle. There is some yellow apple and pear, so quite sweet, quite ripe fruit. No indication of oak and a slight hint of wax or honey, something indicating sweetness. Palate has a nice roundness. It is quite lushes in terms of texture. Rounded with a slight hint or feeling of sweetness, I would say. It is fairly on the dry side and quite a mellow acidity. So it gives a slightly rounder and opulent expression on the palate. But well balanced with really enjoyable fruit and a quite long and anxious finish.
