Switzerland,
Vaud,
Youthful, pale, very young appearance, still with some small traces of CO2. Very vibrant and fresh nose. Discrete fruitiness, quite mineral, with notes of wet stone, almond, hazelnut, and quite discrete stone fruit. Good grip on the palate, good zest. Still on the lighter side, but with quite intense flavours and a youthful freshness. A lot of nuttiness, another style I would like to describe as nutty, very Chasselas-like with that mellow acidity, but we have a slight phenolic presence or balanced bitterness, that gives a lift. Very pretty, with youthful fruit like pear, quince, lemon zest. No oak. Well-rounded, very attractive to drink now. Clean, well-made style, with a slightly more than medium-long finish.
