Château Beausejour 1901 – 2009

Very ripe nose, Port like with some new oak, blackcurrant and confiture jam; the palate is rich and rather extracted, high tannin and acidity, it has a good length and plenty of fruit, but today it seems rather dissipated and dry - should develop, but wait for 2 more years at least.
