Bright light golden colour. Pure and intense nose combining some grassy and herbal notes with ripe and exotic fruit. Rather unctuous palate balanced by fine extract and a fresh acidity, honeyed fruit seemingly sweet but remains dry with zesty lime and lemongrass flavours leading to a long finish.
