Italy,
Piedmont,
White wine with a fairly low colour intensity, straw colour with a slight hint of green. Pure nose. Not marked by oak. More primary fruit. With a moderately aromatic variety. I pick up mainly citrus at first, like lemon and lime peel, some pear, melon. With a slightly peppery, spicy hint in the background. The palate is classically dry, with a quite elevated acidity. There is a certain phenolic presence on the palate as well. In the shape of some lemon zest, some freshly ground white pepper. Quite light-bodied. Still very youthful. With a medium long finish. I suppose this is a style to consume in its very youth.
