Inky dark purple colour. Violet, blackberry, cassis and gingerbread notes. The palate is dense, but rounded with grainy tannin, spicy dark fruit and tobacco flavours, an underlying freshness, balanced oak, concentrated but not heavy with a fine drinkability, digest dark fruit and a long lingering finish.
