Dense purple core with some maturity on the rim. Intense nose with some roasted new oak, dry spices, mocha and tobacco with ripe cherry, plum and some black truffle. Very dense palate with high extract starting to soften, ripe dark fruit flavours, pepper, ginger and clove spiciness with unctuous fruit and a long fleshy finish. Still youthful but excellent potential.
