Austria,
Niederosterreich,
Pale colour, medium deep straw. Good brightness, slight green hue, still very youthful. Quite intense nose here. This combines a certain minerality with barley ripe stone fruit. We have some peach and pear in there. With lemon and lime zest, but I like that stoniness and good purity. Good bite on the palate there. Fine extract here. A bit more than medium weight, but really with an emphasis on freshness, in combination of moderately ripe stone fruit. Some zesty notes there of grapefruit, lemon zest, with some peppery hints. Quite a long, yeah, it keeps lingering long on the finish. Quite long and lingering, good purity of fruit. Good freshness. Really enjoyable today.
