Obviously a white spirit, complete colourless with a quite high viscosity. Quite pure nose, but there is a fruity element there that reminds me a little bit of fresh grapes, sweet plum, and some hints of lemon zest. Good attack on the palate. Reminds me more of, let’s say a grappa style, or a grape spirit; however without any oak influence there. There is a fine spiciness and warmth on the finish. The alcohol is well integrated and it last quite long on the palate.
