Inky purple almost opaque core and hue. Intense and pure with plenty of layers and stuffing fine oak derived spiciness with floral dark fruit, ripe blackberry, crème de cassis, espresso and dark chocolate. Powerful palate with good levels of extract, very fine tannin adding freshness, layers of intense dark fruit with a fine spiciness, high ripeness but a fine level of acidity underneath leading to a very long and vigorous finish.
