Medium deep ruby red colour. Pure nose still on the youthful side with some oak presence, dry spices, red currant, plum and some herbaceous notes. Rather ample palate combining ripe red fruit, a herbal spiciness with mild oak notes, still a slightly tannic presence but good length, a wine that could still soften for another year.
