Dark purple core with a lighter rim. Rather mature nose of dried fruit, prune, leather, dry spices, new oak and dried herbs. Very dense palate, concentrated and extracted with prune and dried fruit notes, and a medium to long finish with a slight dryness. A mature wine still with a rather tannic and austere finish.
