Pale straw colour with a green hue. Youthful aromas of freshly crushed apple, pear, wild herbs, lime and lemongrass. Medium weight on the palate, herb infused young fruit flavours, a balanced bitterness gives a fresh sensation, ripe and warm with a slight alcoholic presence and rather long finish.
