Deep golden/orange colour. Rather ripe nose, pure with tropical fruit, pineapple, caramel, dry spices and nougat. Bone dry palate, tropical fruit flavours but no sweetness, high acidity, some extract and long bold finish. Slightly alternative style but good purity and freshness without oxidation.
